A top creator is one who shows up on a TikTok-published leaderboard. TikTok runs four distinct ranking lists: Hourly (current hour's diamonds), Daily (current day, with a per-region reset time), Popular Live (a curated trending feed), and League (TikTok's competitive tier system).

These leaderboards reset on different cadences and are built from different inputs. Hourly and Daily are pure diamond-count rankings within their window.
